Head of Reward
We are searching for a Head of Reward to join one of the fastest-growing Tech companies in Europe, based in Oxford (but open to remote working).
Reporting into the VP People, you will be helping to scale the business from 140 currently, to over 200 by the end of 2021.
The business has just closed $1.5bn dollar funding round and have plans to rapidly expand both in the UK, Europe, Japan and the US.
This is a brand new hire and joining small and friendly and high-performing People Team, working with a Recruiter, a HR Operations Specialist and a HR Business Partner.
Key challenges for the business include maintaining their culture as they scale and grow, employee engagement, embedding values, org design to enable growth, implementing hybrid working and managing multiple sites across different geographies, whilst fostering a culture of communication.
As Reward Lead you will be responsible for:
• Designing a Reward Strategy that supports a rapidly-scaling, international business
• Work with a creative and innovative approach fit for a growing business with a start-up feel, and enables the business to attract, retain and engage Talent.
• Ensure a competitive Reward offering, by researching and benchmarking both in the US and the UK.
• Management of the Expats and Executive pay and bonus
We are looking for someone with International Reward experience at Manager level who is looking for a step up. You must have either designed Reward Strategy or have the ideas and capability to do so. We are looking for someone with experience of Incentive / LTI scheme design and international benchmarking.
You must be a team player, resilient, commercial, able to influence change at a senior level and enjoy a challenge!
