Employee Experience Manager
We are searching for an Employee Experience Manager to join one of the fastest growing and mission-driven Tech companies in Europe.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the company’s leadership to build an amazing employee experience across the business.
As they have plans to grow the business from 250 to 500+ and expand globally, this role is crucial in ensuring that the business is attracting, retaining and developing the best talent.
You must be a team player through and through, with high standards and approach everything from an employee perspective, developing the best experience possible. You will be a natural relationship builder, and work closely with stakeholders across the whole business to achieve this vision.
You will be working on a wide range of value-add projects across Employee Experience, Induction and Onboarding, Engagement, People Analytics, Learning & Development, Performance, Hybrid working and Diversity & Inclusion
What we’re looking for;
● Experience being part of a fast-paced scaleup that’s grown rapidly (100-1,000+ employees)
● Pragmatic, empathetic, compassionate, effective and commercial
● Track record owning and delivering similar strategic projects
● International expansion experience in the US would be massively beneficial!
