Head of People Operations
We are searching for a Head of People Operations to join a mission-driven Tech scale-up in a newly-created role.
The business is currently c250 people and is one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. They are beginning to expand into the US, working with some fantastic clients and are backed by some of the best investors in the world.
This role reports to the Chief of Staff and works closely with senior leadership. We are looking for a true team player that wants to help build a very special company and support the business to attract, retain and develop the best and most ambitious talent as they scale.
The key focus of this role will be to create a world-class and scaleable people function as the business moves from 250 to c1000 people internationally. Your team will be responsible for ensuring a fantastic employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, building a competitive employer brand, and ensuring the business fosters a high-performing culture.
- Build and manage a scalable people function, with a focus on people operations
- Build and execute on an employee experience strategy
- Ensure Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is at the heart of everything the business does
- Utilise people analytics to support business decision making
- Support the embedding of the new hybrid working model
- Work to establish US based people processes and culture
We are ideally looking for someone that has been an influential part of a fast-paced scale-up that has grown rapidly, and have experience building a people ops function for a business on a similar journey. Ideally you will also have international expansion experience in the US.
