Human Resources Co-Ordinator

This is a pivotal role in our Human Resources/People & Culture team. You are entrusted with the recruitment and engagement of our team members, ensuring every detail of their journey at the hotel surpasses their expectations.

• You will be the first point of contact and require a high level of energy to keep up with this busy role
• Consistency is key even though no day is alike
• A creative edge to design noticeboards, presentations and wow our employees with new engagement activities
• Embracing the values of the collection to ensure you recruit the best for the hotel
• Managing the full recruitment process in a timely manner to support the requirements of the business
• Ensuring that our new employees are welcomed to the team, before they even arrive right from the recruitment process until their induction
• Leading the 'Place to work' team to organise events and social activities
• Support the People and Culture Team with administration
• Building strong relationships with our employees living at Coworth Park, you will be their first point of contact and support


• In depth experience and knowledge of Recruitment
• Previous experience in hospitality recruitment would be an advantage
• Experience of systems such as Core HR, Talent Soft is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent level of written and spoken English
• Advanced level of Microsoft to include PowerPoint and Excel
• Immaculate presentation
