Head of Organisational Development and Learning

As Head of Organisational Development and Learning, you will play a key role in creating high performing teams, enhancing organisational capability, and building a continuous learning culture across the Delivery Authority. You will work both at strategic and operational levels across the organisation, ensuring that our agreed OD design principles are embedded and aligned into the Operating Models and organisation structures, always ensuring smooth transitions. And you will play a key role in creating and delivering leadership, team, and personal learning & development programmes.

You will have a successful track record of working and engaging collaboratively with colleagues at all levels across an organisation to lead, envisage and deliver organisation change, embed new ways of working and aligning all that you do with the agreed Values and Behaviours.

You will be able to demonstrate providing best-fit talent management and learning & development solutions to the business, operating successfully in an organisation where change is constant and second nature, and depth of experience as the OD expert with major infrastructure projects and/or within highly complex organisations.
