As an experienced Generalist you will have a lot of autonomy in this role. You will be responsible for the delivery of the people strategy and ensuring it is commercial relevant and best practice. You will be involved in Recruitment, on boarding, PDP's, probationary review, sickness absence, performance reviews, ER, and ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and payroll administration. You will also be proactive in driving talent attraction, talent development and engagement and cultural well being to improve retention.
