The People & Culture team plays a key role in supporting our people in the delivery of innovative Gresham solutions across an international customer base.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant on a 6-month contract to join our busy People & Culture team to build our employer brand presence and manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection cycle. Whilst it is envisaged the role will be based out of Bristol, we are flexible on location as we move to a hybrid working arrangement post-pandemic.
You’ll have a strong background in recruitment from an inhouse resourcing position in a high paced, fast moving, ideally technical environment
You’ll use your experience and knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy and awareness of the appropriate legislation to develop candidate sourcing strategies and best practice selection methods
Using your direct sourcing experience, you’ll manage professional networks, social media, job boards, talent pools, headhunting and other channels and contribute to improving our employer brand presence
You’ll also get involved in the development and support of our Early Careers talent programme, including planning intakes, attraction strategies, candidate management, selection, onboarding, development and retention of Apprentices, Interns and Graduates, liaising internally with hiring teams and externally with providers, educational establishments and advertising agents
You’ll be passionate about embracing difference. and champion our diversity and inclusion strategy throughout the attraction, recruitment and selection process to build diverse teams
You will be commercially aware, able to identify and execute practical solutions and be able to immediately start contributing to the successful delivery of our recruitment plans
An interest in Financial Services would be a bonus.
