Recruitment Partner

I am delighted to be working on an exclusive role for an organisation in the Gloucestershire area who are looking for a permanent Recruitment Partner. My client is very specialist in what they do, they have a unique offering in the market making them extremely interesting and highly sought after, they have multiple sites across the UK with their head office in Gloucester. Due to increased growth, they have identified a need for a talented Recruitment Partner to join their HR team.

As the Recruitment Partner you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment & selection process for all vacancies across the organisation. You will advertise all roles on relevant recruitment sites utilising social media to promote brand awareness and engagement with prospective candidates. You will be expected to develop and build candidate attraction strategies enabling you to create effective talent pools and talent pipeline. Due to the nature of the organisation and the niche roles you will be hiring you will organise and run effective recruitment campaigns, ensuring the candidate experience is excellent. You will build an employer recruitment brand and establish relationships with pools of candidates e.g. A level colleges, local universities. You will promote STEM careers and the organisations offering.

Your experience in building effective stakeholder relationships will allow you to demonstrate your credibility and be successful in partnering with senior leadership teams on all recruitment needs. You will work closely with your stakeholders to understand their teams and their requirement's when recruiting. Your market knowledge and expertise will allow you to educate and guide them through a seamless recruitment process.
This role sits within the HR team and you will be required to support on HR related tasks as and when required, this is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to HR and my client is also happy to support any CIPD study.

To be successful in this role you will be working as a 360 recruiter either in an agency or in-house role. You will be highly skilled in all areas of the recruitment process to include, writing of job adverts, candidate attraction and sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, providing feedback, making offers and onboarding. It is essential you have the ability to utilise social media effectively for candidate attraction and engagement strategies. You will have strong organisational skills, be an effective communicator and have the ability to engage with all stakeholders ensuring excellent working relationships
Your flexible approach will allow you to manage change and understand the needs of each induvial situations and personalities. If you have any experience of recruiting junior (trainee level) and degree apprenticeships would be advantageous but not essential. Your positive and engaging approach along with your excellent communication and recruitment skills will allow you to be highly successful in this role, it has the scope to really make it your own and make a huge cost saving to the business.

Salary is up to £35K depending on experience.
