Right place. Right time. Right stuff. A career at Five Guys can help you discover what you’re really made of.
We’re the burger restaurant with the uncomplicated formula: burgers and fries cooked to perfection, with no frozen ingredients. And we’ve stuck to the same ‘perfect and serve’ philosophy since our family business began in 1986. Now, over 30 years later, we have over 1,500 locations in the US and over 110 restaurants in the UK all of which were opened in the last 7 years - and we’re just getting started! But we’re still as much a family business as we were when we first started out. Being a family means we look after each other. We have fun. We have tons of integrity. We’re enthusiastic. We’re competitive. And we just get it done – whatever the challenge. We call it being made of the Right Stuff.
Being made of the Right Stuff also means we’re committed to providing our people with a culture where they feel valued and well looked after at work, so while they are on the front line looking after our customers, we’re hard at work making sure they have all the support they need to feel well looked after by Five Guys – and that’s where the role of the HR Business Partner comes in.
