HR Business Partner

Field based role with travel in the North of the UK - must be comfortable commuting to the Support Office in London 4 times a Month.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll be a highly  trusted partner to our Operations teams within your region.  The People Team is working towards a longer-term goal to develop and embed an industry leading employee proposition for Five Guys, which evolves and continually improves with the growth of the business and you will play a key part in these plans. You will be comfortable with working in a multisite business and offering a high level of support on all people related issues. Five Guys is a fast-growing business, so you will be used to working in a fast-paced business with ever changing priorities and evolving business needs.

As a HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with District Managers, General Managers and our restaurant teams to ensure that the full employee life cycle is running effectively and that we are able to grow, retain and inspire all of our people. You will support and lead many different people projects at Five Guys. With a solid understanding of generalist HR, Succession Planning, ER, L&D and reward.
