Talent Acquisition Manager
I am currently supporting a leading global civil engineering consultancy who are going through a high growth phase and are in need of a Direct Sourcing Manager to join their high performing team.
Managing a team of 3 you will be responsible for prioritising the business hires in accordance with commercial needs and will ensure the sourcing methods are aligned with the company values and ED+I strategy. This will include managing a high level of requisitions, going to market via multiple sourcing channels, including headhunting, and managing the candidate experience.
Senior stakeholder engagement and team development is key.
To be successful in this role you will be able to 'hit the ground running' in a driven environment managing a busy portfolio of roles and have experience delivering a high level of customer service. You will be experienced in direct sourcing and head hunting ideally within a similar industry and understand how to attract and pipeline the best talent.
You will also have people management experience and experience delegating the work flow across that team.
