Peabody is looking for a Resourcing Partner on a 1 year fixed term contract to join imminently.

This role is currently based from home due to COVID 19 until further notice. Peabody plans to move to a hybrid model of working which means that once our office refurbishment has been completed, the role will be part office (Waterloo) and part home based’

Your role will be to support the Head of Resourcing by providing expert advice and recommendations to Hiring Managers and to support resourcing decisions to ensure that Peabody Group recruits and retains the best talent. To ensure that the group’s procedures and policies are followed in line with the best practice.

Your remit will span media engagement, employer brand management, establishing strong relationships with internal clients to understand their needs and challenges, building relationships and networking with educational intuitions to create and enhance talent pipelines, reducing CPH and TTH whilst delivering an excellent quality of hire and more.

As a Resourcing Partner you be covering both, Care & Support as well as Mainstream recruitment needs of the business. You will bring deep understanding of resourcing strategies and branding, impressive direct sourcing and talent management knowledge as well as outstanding interpersonal skills. Demonstrable flair for problem solving and crisis management is essential, and you will bring the confidence to engage with executives on strategic decisions. Above all, you will be a genuine innovator and effective influencer, who can articulate a clear vision and act as a strong resourcing custodian.

Only the applicants with a substantial in-house resourcing experience and proven knowledge of end to end recruitment will be considered.

Skills/experience required:

Essential:

Experience of advising service managers on a range of recruitment and resourcing issues. Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process across different sectors and industries.

Good working knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice. Experience of using human resources and recruitment systems and increasing efficiency by using information technology. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to write letters, produce reports at manager’s request, manage and interpret data and make recommendations.

Ability Identify and action opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and tools

Proven ability to work under pressure/to short deadlines and deal with high volume recruitment.

Desirable:

Business Partner/Consulting experience.

Qualifications required:

Full or part CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
