This is a great opportunity to establish a high performing People & Data Analytics team with a large business based in Cardiff that is going through significant growth.
Working within a high performing HR team you will be accountable for partnering with HR leaders across the business to solve complex organisational problems, improve decision-making and drive performance with people data and to provide recommendations. As such the role requires expert insight and data analysis alongside the ability to bring this to life, providing weekly and monthly reports, and HR dashboards. Projects may include workforce transformation and operational transformation programmes, D&I, gender pay gap reports and engagement surveys in addition to wider insight into the HR leadership teams.
Key to this role will be your ability to engage with HR and business stakeholders directly with recommendations and insight from people data collected by the team. As such your commercial 'business' awareness and ability to deliver the 'so what' of why you are using the data will be fundamental.
This is a specialist HR/People Analytics role so you must be able to evidence experience of using data analytics to deliver end results combined with excellent Excel skills. While you must be able to get your hands dirty it will be your ability to present data, manage stakeholders and make recommendations that is essential.
Flexible working is also offered and the position will be largely remote based with the ability to access the Cardiff office as and when needed.
