We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Senior Change & Improvement Consultant to help shape important decisions from a change and improvement perspective which will support University-wide change programmes.
As a Senior Change & Improvement Consultant, you will have a vital role in building the capability of the Open University to deliver change and improvement effectively. You will be responsible for leading on business change activity, working closely with a variety of teams and departments in investigating, facilitating and driving the change programmes forward to meet business needs.
This is an exciting opportunity which enables you to make a real difference and help drive forward the OU’s mission and strategic objectives.
Skills & Experience
This role will suit you if you:
- Possess previous experience of identifying and helping to deliver business change in a large, complex organisation.
- Have experience of leading, motivating and managing a team
- Are experienced in using business improvement tools on a daily basis such as Lean Six-Sigma, Systems Thinking and Agile delivery methods.
- Are familiar with a variety of investigating approaches whilst also experienced in data analysis.
