Talent & Development Manager

This is the first London based Talent & Development hire for a global US law firm of 2000, with a UK client group of c200. Reporting into the Head of HR and as part of a UK HR team of 8, you'll have a greenfield site on which to create and develop innovative talent development solutions & strategies, utilising a healthy budget.

What you need to know:

  • This is a new offering, created to develop, define & instil a strong performance culture, which will enable all employees to maximise their potential
  • Facilitate, track and evaluate the performance management programme (and tracking system) across the UK division of the business
  • Reinforce a culture of continuous and honest feedback, including coaching partners and managers
  • Develop recognition and engagement strategies that “speak to” career progression, success planning, internal mobility & internal talent development

  • Strong presentation capability 
  • Desirable – a track record of managing and/or developing associates, lawyers & operational employee groups
