Our client, an Asset Management firm is in a midst of technological transformation. The change function is responsible for the management of all Technology and Operations related projects within the firm globally as well as reporting for those projects and Information Technology (IT). Programmes are split between Regulatory, Strategic and Discretionary, you will be running in-house projects with a focus on Strategic project
Your key responsibilities
- Delivering strategic business aligned projects with high visibility to business stakeholders ensuring projects are correctly specified, delivered on time, meet business requirements and within the agreed budget
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all stakeholders including business, technical and operational.
- Following guidelines set by Change Governance Framework to ensure a structured approach
- Responsible for the project administration and production of project documentation
- Tracking progress against milestones, deadlines and budget
Your skills and experience
- Track record of delivering Technology business aligned projects with an understanding of Asset Management.
- Experience of successfully engaging management and groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Project Management, e.g. Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and agile project management tools and methodologies
- Experience of successfully managing delivery of multiple projects and business change
- Strong management skills including project management, financial management, change management and facilitation
- Ability to work with inhouse development teams
