HR Business Partner - Change Projects

We are delighted to work with an International Law Firm in Manchester to recruit an HR Business Partner to focus on the delivery of projects across a complex matrix structured organisation.

As an HR Business Partner you will become part of a hugely successful UK HR team, working closely with the UK HR Director and Senior HR Managers to lead key UK projects involving strategic change and BAU operational activity across the UK business. This role will have responsibility for project management and co-ordination of projects such as cultural transformation, HR transformation, future proofing the workforce, business integration and change such as OD, TUPE and restructuring.

In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate true business partnering experience with evidence in the successful delivery of change programmes and project management of complex HR change initiatives. Experience from within the Legal sector or a large matrix structured organisation would be an advantage. You have excellent stakeholder management experience, comfortable supporting senior partners and leaders.
