People & Culture Business Partner

We're partnering a 400 head global real estate business who seek an HR Business Partner with strong working knowledge of SMCR framework/regulations to join them on a perm basis in their Mayfair office. 


Be the first point of contact for an EMEA based client group of 100+ providing exceptional HR guidance and Senior HR Business Partner support

Act as the “go to” subject matter expert lead on the Senior Management Certificate Regime within the business – ensuring consistent roll-out and take up across all business units, divisions and countries

Generalist remit across the whole employee life cycle – recruitment, engagement, benefits, performance management, payroll & be able to contribute and champion key projects including D&I and line manager development 

Partner with and influence the leadership teams


Will have demonstrable experience as an HR Business Partner

Strong working knowledge of SMCR/GDPR and other compliance/regulatory frameworks

Experience within Real Estate/Financial Services sectors is highly beneficial 

Experience within an operational and strategic position in a fast paced and sometimes reactive environment

A resilient character able to challenge and navigate with gravitas

European languages – highly desirable
