HR Change Manager

.*Interim HR Change Manager. *£500 p/d (outside of IR35) *8 Months *London/Remote

This role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end change management for complex global projects, including Rewards, Operations and Benefits. The successful candidate will have the ability to think systemically to diagnose business problems and propose solutions that may impact people, processes, systems, and organisational structures. This role will support HR leadership and will need to collaborate closely with the global HR community.

Skills:

  • Transformation, change management, process & organisational design approaches
  • Ability to analyse data to deliver insights
  • Facilitation up to VP level
  • Excellent written communication
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong experience working on multiple projects, including work with Rewards, Operations, Benefits.
  • Must have worked in a global internet or Technology company. Will also consider Management Consulting experience
