Senior HR Business Partner

My client a media agency are looking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner on a 7 month fixed term contract.

This is a broad and varied role working where you will be managing 2 staff members ensuring that all HR Operations and processes are implemented in a consistent manner. Acting as a trusted partner you will create and sustain strong working relationships with your client groups. You will be providing detailed advised on: policy, employment law, process and practice relating to queries around:

  • Absence management
  • Probationary reviews
  • Disciplinaries
  • Grievances
  • Redundancies
  • Performance management
  • TUPE

You will also lead on projects around attraction and staff retention and ensure that recruitment needs are met for your client group.

To carry out this role you must have excellent ER knowledge and be a commercial thinker. You must have experience working with recruitment teams and be a natural solver. You will have management experience and enjoy developing junior team members. The ideal candidate will be immediately available.
