- Create learning content both independently and with external vendors that have a specific focus on Diversity and Inclusion
- Manage the strategy for training creation and delivery
- Upskill internal trainers across the business
- Drive D&I interventions and programmes alongside the committee
- Work alongside the wider HR team and internal stakeholders on a daily basis
You must have:
- Demonstrable experience in the creation, curation and facilitation of learning content
- Proven interest and track record in building diverse, equal and inclusion cultures
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team
