Learning and Development Specialist - FTC

This is an opportunity drive transformational change within a global organisation company. You will be responsible for creating D&I initiatives, and subsequently creating effective learning material to raise capability and awareness of employees.

Description

• Create learning content both independently and with external vendors that have a specific focus on Diversity and Inclusion
• Manage the strategy for training creation and delivery
• Upskill internal trainers across the business
• Drive D&I interventions and programmes alongside the committee
• Work alongside the wider HR team and internal stakeholders on a daily basis

Profile

You must have:

• Demonstrable experience in the creation, curation and facilitation of learning content
• Proven interest and track record in building diverse, equal and inclusion cultures
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team
