People Operations Partner
Annapurna have partnered with a management consultancy organisation who are looking for a People Operations Partner to join the team during an exciting period of change.
The People Operations Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing the people operations processes across the organisation. You will also lead on the harmonisation of policies, processes, and systems across the UK business unit.
The People Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all policies and processes are in line with current legislations.
The successful candidate must have extensive experience in a HR Operations role with expert knowledge of employment law. They must also have HR Systems expertise and a strong attention to detail. Experience within HR Transformation / M&A is also highly desirable.
