Fantastic opportunity for an HR Manager to join a small Not for Profit organisation in the heart of Lincoln City Centre.

The client is a Not for Profit organisation


As HR Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering the HR Strategy alongside the Deputy CEO
  • Ensure smooth and efficient running of the HR function
  • Provide expert guidance and advice on HR related matters to the organisation
  • Lead on all end to end recruitment activity, whilst looking for ways to improve and streamline processes
  • Analyse and look for ways to improve reward and recognition strategy (financial and non financial) for employees
  • Active focus on improving Employee Engagement
  • Lead for all Learning and Development activities
  • Line management of 2x HR Coordinators
  • Manage HR Budget
  • Participate in other strategic projects including increasing Employer Brand, succession planning etc.


The successful candidate will;

  • Be minimum of CIPD L5 qualified
  • Experienced in HR and People Management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non verbal
  • Creative thinker who understands challenges working within a NFP
  • Commercially minded, able to maximise on opportunities
  • Employment Law Expertise
  • Enthusiastic and energetic

Job Offer
