Working to ensure a some TUPE transfer of two schools. The HR Manager will be responsible for ER and TUPE activity.

Client Details

A fast growing Education Trust based in Surrey is growing rapidly and adding a number of other schools to the trust. They have flexible working.


The Trust are just about to conduct a TUPE transfer into the trust and will need someone to come in and take ownership of this. This person will also be responsible for any ER and harmonisation content that comes from this transfer.


Candidate MUST have:

  • TUPE expedience
  • Lead on TUPE transfers
  • Worked with unions
  • Level 7 CIPD or equivalent qualification
  • extensive Employee relations expreince
  • MUST have worked in a school/education environment

Job Offer

£40k - £45k plus additional benefits
