The successful HR & Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for:

* First point of contact for all HR and recruitment queries

* Coordinating all recruitment for the group; posting job adverts, booking interviews, meeting & greeting candidates

* Administering the onboarding process and SCR

* HR reports and KPIs.

Profile

The successful HR & Recruitment Administrator must have:

* Experience in a HR administrative role

* Experience working within education would be desirable.
