The position of Senior HR Manager will involve:
- Having overall HR responsibility across Europe
- Supporting and developing the team

- Liaising with Centres of Excellence

- Ensuring HRIS is accurately and timely maintained
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of Senior HR Manager will:
- Speak fluent German and English, an extra language would also be preferable
- Be a highly experienced HR Manager
- Be people centric
- Be strategic, yet creative in their thinking
- Have strong leadership skills
- Ideally come from a consumer / retail / leisure / hospitality background
- Have international HR experience
