HR Business Partner, Corporate Functions

I am working with an organisation based in South Gloucestershire that are looking for an HR Business Partner to support a Corporate Functions client group.

This role is responsible for managing a number of client groups that include Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and Health & Safety. Managing a direct team of three you will support a headcount of c.800 and be supported by the COE and an HR Administration team. While there will be involvement in day to day activities, you will be working closely with the senior leadership teams to drive a performance culture and programmes focused around organisational change, learning & development and reward & recognition.

You will be an experienced HR Business Partner with experience of partnering head office/corporate functions. You will be able to evidence of working strategically, aligning to a senior leadership team, and having worked on change & transformation programmes. They are looking for someone who is forward thinking and can challenge current thinking, alongside the ability to add vigour and new ideas.

The position is likely to require experience gained within Engineering, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing or a similar sector.

This role is located in commuting distance of Cardiff, Newport, Bristol and Gloucestershire.
