Senior Manager, HR M&A

Our client is a recognised, respected and high calibre management consultancy seeking to appoint a Senior Manager - HR M&A in to their practice. This is an exciting and interesting opportunity to join a team who are work on the people aspects of M&A deals. Supporting clients on either the sell or buy side of the deal, the role will cover a broad range of matters including HR due diligence and post deal integration, organisational restructure and culture change, employee and industrial relations and works with organisations across any sector. A high level of numeracy and data analysis is also essential.

The role requires an individual who has experience in the areas outlined above which has been gained in a recognised management consulting firm. In return they can offer a great culture, career progression and a collaborative working environment.
