You will be responsible for:

  • Providing insight to improvement to the business
  • Providing HR leadership to senior leaders and the wider teams
  • Coaching and developing leaders at all levels
  • Managing all HR activities. including recruitment, resourcing, absence, performance, and employee relations together with specialist HR teams to deliver the people plan and its strategy


The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within a unionised, matrix organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively with different teams and business units
