A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Career Development Specialist within the digital consulting division of a global management consultancy. The Career Development Senior Speciailst will own talent and performance management processes for an international consulting team, reporting to the regional HR Manager for the division.

- Support the end to end Career Development Committee meeting preparation under the direction of the HR Manager
- Develop and set annual CDC calendar
- Review employee performance dossiers to ensure accuracy, consistency and clear action plans following career development meetings
- Consolidate post-meeting action plans related to L&D, Staffing, Mobility, etc. and follow up/track progress throughout the year
- Collaborate with divisional leads, L&D, Recruiting teams etc to collect and distribute feedback for consultants
- Request, track, and collect case evaluations and upward feedback
- Calibrate and approve project reviews for all consultants up to MD level
- Support the annual bonus process, mid-year and end-of year increase process and support leadership on working with Global Compensation team on key compensation topics e.g. compensation ranges, benchmarking
- Responsible for identifying, tracking, and reporting key career development metrics
- Oversee maintenance of Career Development databases
- Analyse, report, and prepare distribution of annual career development and people survey results, helping to identify improvements and opportunities based on findings
- Partner with HR, Talent, and Finance to ensure accurate tracking of all internal mobiilty, and with Talent on both day-to-day staffing longer-term execution of individuals' development plans
Requirements
- Degree level education required
- Solid experience in either talent management / career development or HR, ideally gained in consulting or professional services environments
- In addition to English, French or wider European language skills would be beneficial
