People Manager

Annapurna have partnered with a technology start up organisation who are looking for a People (HR) Manager to join their team.

The People Manager will support the Senior Leadership team through an exciting growth period and advise on all things People related. Reporting to the COO, the People Manager will have responsibility for the full employee life cycle. This will include:

  • Recruitment
  • Onboaring
  • Learning & Development
  • Employee Relations
  • Employee engagement & Communication
  • Succession planning, performance management and organisational design

The ideal candidate will have worked in a start up organisation (ideally technology/digital) and helped them scale. They will have excellent project management and communication skills and will be excited at the prospect of shaping the culture of a company.
