People & Talent Manager

Annapurna have partnered with a technology start up organisation who are looking for a People & Talent Manager to join their team.

The People & Talent Manager will support the Senior Leadership team through an exciting growth period and advise on all things People related. Reporting to the COO, the People & Talent Manager will have responsibility for the full employee life cycle. This will include:

  • Recruitment
  • Onboaring
  • Learning & Development
  • Employee Relations
  • Employee engagement & Communication
  • Succession planning, performance management and organisational design

The ideal candidate will have worked in a start up organisation (ideally technology/digital) and helped them scale. They will have excellent project management and communication skills and will be excited at the prospect of shaping the culture of a company.
