My client is a fast paced, tech start-up with aggressive growth plans for the next 24 months. They are looking for an experienced Head of HR to help them on their growth journey and to build a dynamic people function.

Key responsibilities:
* Accountable in driving the People agenda
* Set strategy, design and implement following processes (but not limited to):
- Recruitment (to include agency partnerships, candidate sourcing, initial interviews, offers)
- Talent Development (to include, training, accreditation, education support, etc)
- Graduate Programme (partnerships with Universities, agencies, training plans, salary progression, etc)
- Recognition programme (to include working with internal resources to design a Team platform)
- DIB&R (to include strategy, training, updates, corporate website, ect)
- HRIS
- Integration of all people processes between UK and SK
* Review and improve following processes:
- Onboarding
- New Starter process
- Performance management
- Annual salary review
- Legal compliance (employee contracts, H&S, policies, etc)
- People calendar and annual comms plan
* Maintain
- Job structure (including job evaluations and benchmarking of salaries)
- Annual and quarterly employee surveys

Key skills/experience:
* Deep knowledge of all areas of HR (Recruitment, Talent Development, Total Reward, Compliance, etc)
* Excellent communications skills, ability to explain People topics succinctly and simply
* Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation most importantly the Leadership team
* Knowledge of High-Tech industry, preferably of start ups
* Ability to work with ambiguity and conflicting priorities
* Self-starter, independent and able to switch easily from strategic to operational work
* Subject matter expert and advisor to not just the Leadership team but the wider organisation
