Recruiter- FTC

An exciting new Recruitment role is available within a City based Fintech business. The company are a superb success story and are going from strength to strength.

As part of a global Talent Acquisition team this role will manage the end to end recruitment process for junior to mid-senior level hires within compliance, finance, risk and KYC/AML hires.

  • Candidates must come from either a banking or Fintech industry and have prior experience of direct sourcing experience in a fast paced role.
  • Ability to manage 20-25 live hires at any one time
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and high commercial acumen essential.
  • Proactive
