The client is an NHS Body in the Midlands

Description

As Interim Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for;

  • day to day people management of the transactional recruitment team including 121s, appraisals etc
  • providing support to Head of HR and HRD
  • using the TRAC system to run reports on recruitment activity
  • responsible for effective and smooth running of transactional recruitment team and ensuring full compliance with RTW, Immigration etc.
  • data cleanse of TRAC system to ensure reports are accurate

Profile

The successful candidate;

  • MUST have experience using the TRAC system and confident to run reports/data cleanse
  • solid recruitment experience
  • available to start within a few weeks
  • confident and autonomous

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is;

  • c. 3 month contract with possibility for extension
  • £250 day rate inside IR35
  • blend of remote and on-site working
  • work with a fantastic team and support the NHS at this difficult time

Please note, due to the nature of the role, TRAC experience is a non-negotiable.
