Group Reward Manager

Oakleaf Partnership are currently looking for a Group Reward Manager to work for a global FTSE organisation.

Reporting into the Senior Reward Manager you will have a number of responsibilities including:

* Management of the cyclical reward activities including salary and bonus reviews for the senior population
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure consistent reward polices and frameworks across the business
* Managing projects including supporting with the rollout of a new HR system
* Line managing a Reward Analyst

We are looking for an experienced reward professional with a strong background in compensation. You must be comfortable with a role that has a heavy operational focus but will have a strategy element. We will consider Senior Reward Analysts looking for the next step in their reward career.
