Senior Talent and Development Business Partner

Newly formed position within the Talent and Development team, supporting the Head of Talent and Development. Work autonomously to design and facilitate capability programmes to divisions within the business. Description

  • Through business partnering and analysis contribute to the Talent Development strategy and support the Head of Talent and Development in it's execution
  • Responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of full training cycle (particularly capability programmes) following needs analysis
  • Design and deliver blended training solutions, including face to face and digital training, with the ability to adapt training to all levels across all business units
  • Establish and maintain strong and reputable relationships with internal and external partners
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Business Partners, centres of excellence and the wider Talent and Development to ensure gold standard training solutions and project engagement

Profile

  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience
  • Experience of building capability programmes is essential
  • Experience working within a fast-paced matrix organisation
  • A true Business Partner, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders
  • Ability to design and facilitate training across all employee levels, following a needs analysis
  • Successful candidate must have high emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced high performing environment and is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Qualifications in Psychometric testing and/or Mentoring is highly advantageous

Job Offer

circa £65,000 per annum plus additional benefits
