I am partnering with a global bank in their aspiration to hire an Organisational Development Analyst on a 12-month FTC. This role requires the successful candidate to provide business analysis and run a variety of key Organisational Development processes and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and reporting for management boards, committees and head office in order to drive effective decision making
  • Managing talent and promotions data via internal systems and excel
  • Coordination and development of action plans in order to ensure leaders act on the feedback
  • Building and maintaining Organisational Development reporting and analysis in a streamlined way
  • Working with the HR system to enhance Organisational Development related reporting
  • Support the implementation of global talent, performance, learning and early careers recruitment projects
  • Conduct external research to identify opportunities for improvement within the Organisational Development team

Skills:

  • Experience of analysing data and presenting trends and themes
  • Knowledge of HR within Financial Services
  • Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • Results driven
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
