Employee Relations UK Lead role which can be based in any of their Southern England offices. Design and deliver strategy for the UK in a new lead role. Build and develop your own team within the UK and overseas.

Client Details

A global matrix organisation within the technology sector seeking an Employee Relations UK Lead. A varied population supports multiple brands with offices across Southern England. The Company are committed to remote and flexible working for its employees.


  • Manage the ER team both within the UK and overseas
  • Define and deliver ER strategy for the UK
  • Collaborate with senior and executive stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and establish engagement for new strategies
  • Provide a flexible and adaptable approach which can accommodate for all functions and brands within the business
  • Be a point of escalation within the ER team, with a willingness to lead on complex or high-level cases
  • Establish a proactive approach which encourages creativity and a positive challenging environment that is committed to driving change
  • Maintain a continuous improvement culture across the ER functions


  • Previous Employee Relations Senior Partner, Lead, Head of or Director level experience
  • Experience within a matrix organisation and exposure to a shared service model
  • Experience of managing a team face to face and remotely. Managing across different time zones would be highly beneficial in this role
  • Ability to influence and manage senior and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Union experience would also be beneficial for this position
