12-month Fixed Term Contract

£35,000 - £40,000

I am working exclusively with a fast-growing Financial Services organisation that have recently been backed by multiple organisations. The role requires an experienced and organised HR Administrator to assist with a global headcount of 400 employees (and growing). You would be working in a dynamic and hands-on HR department, with the ability to work independently & manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage first line responses to day to day employee & line manager queries
  • Responsible for managing the end to end on & off boarding process
  • Organise and deliver new employees with individual system and benefits tours upon joining
  • Ensuring the 100% accuracy and completeness of all HRIS system data for employees
  • Support HR activities and processes such as performance, salary, and bonus reviews
  • Provide benefit and payroll administration during extremely busy periods
  • Identify automation and streamline opportunities for existing HR processes

Skills:

  • Experience working in a fast paced HR administration team
  • Experience of managing high volume HR queries
  • High level attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-assured and able to use own initiative
  • Strong PC skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
