A leading global law firm are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of, this role will be responsible for:
- Acting as trusted advisor to specific team, and being go to person on all HR related issues
- Working with leadership team to provide input and support in relation to HR issues and projects
- Day to day HR operational responsibility such as resourcing, talent management, ER, performance management etc.
- Line management responsibility of an Advisor
- Advocating on D&I initiatives
As Senior HR Manager, you will possess:
- Relevant experience operating at Senior Manager level within Legal
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
