D&I Manager- Europe

A leading US law firm are recruiting for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager to cover their European offices. Working closely with the Global HR Director, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Recognising, creating and implementing plans to promote diversity and inclusion within the European offices and contributing to the wider global D&I strategy
  • Working with Head of HR and wider HR team to improve brand appeal to diverse applicants whilst eliminating bias and enhancing a diverse and inclusive culture
  • Compiling, analysing and maintaining/reporting on data and metrics
  • Attending D&I network committee meetings in London and assisting with the implementation of networks in the European offices
  • Sitting on the CSR committee as a representative for D&I
  • Managing and responding to diversity surveys and submissions etc.
  • Conducting research related to D&I issues
  • Representing the firm at D&I events
  • Designing D&I initiatives and events
  • Manage budget

As D&I Manager, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in a D&I Manager role within Financial or Professional Services
  • Ideally an HR background and understanding of employment law
  • Strong education to degree level ideally
  • Proven experience developing and implementing D&I initiatives
