Recruitment Advisor

I am currently recruiting a number of exciting and new Recruitment Advisor positions! These will be on a FTC basis and working within a public sector organisation.

Client Details

A reputable public sector organisation based in Central London.

Description

The successful Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for:

* Advising on all recruitment queries, policies & procedures across the business

* Conducting job briefs with recruiting managers within the organisation

* Overseeing the ATS, KPIs and recruitment reporting

* Managing the job evaluation scheme

* Ensuring all recruitment campaigns are aligned to EDI best practice.

Profile

The successful Recruitment Advisor must have:

* Background in internal recruitment / talent

* Experience within a university setting would be desirable

* Ability to be proactive and take initiative.
