Senior HR Manager

A property investment company based in London are recruiting for a Senior HR Manager, reporting into the Head of HR. You will work with the Head of HR to identify and deliver people strategies in support of business goals and responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, promoting, and implementing internal and key HR initiatives
  • Providing advice and guidance on all HR and employment law issues
  • Working with Head of HR, Executive Team and Managers in policy areas
  • Managing employee relations matters in compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Full employee lifecycle such as recruitment, onboarding, departures
  • Promoting equality and diversity, collaborating with leadership on organisational culture and inclusion initiatives
  • Assisting in annual training needs analysis
  • Maintaining employee data on the HR system all aspects of outsourced UK payroll, working closely with provider, and providing manual calculations as necessary
  • Providing advice and guidance on contractual and payroll issues
  • Administer and liaise with providers of benefits
  • Assist in reporting and projects

As Senior HR Manager, you will ideally possess:

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Self-starter attitude with innovative ideas of best practice
  • Strong education, ideally to degree level
  • Solid generalist HR Business Partner experience
  • Experience ideally working in an SME business
  • Strong understanding of employment law
  • Experience in running a UK payroll
