Key investigatory role at large Acute London base trust looking into the staff conduct in different services. Providing consultative services on speaking up cases
Large London based Acute Trust going through large organisation and operational change. Opportunity to work remotely or from one of the many sites the trust can offer.
Key aims for the role
- provide consulting services to review staff conduct in coherence with organisational policies and procedures.
-provide written report to give an overview of evidence collected and suggested actions needed to undertake
Candidate must have experience of the following
-working within the NHS
-Working within Maternity services would be a benefit
-experience working on investigations (from Nhs claims through to tribunal)
-experience dealing with senior stakeholders
