Senior Reward Analyst

A massive and hugely successful organisation are looking for a Senior Reward Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an exciting growth period in a position that offers great progression opportunity.

While maintaining a focus on their compensation strategy and activity, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Salary benchmarking

- Job evaluation

- Gender pay gap reporting

- Managing projects relating to salary banding

- Heavy involvement in the annual salary and bonus review

- Reporting on compensation related activity

The ideal candidate will:

- 3 years experience within Reward

- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel

- Experience conducting Gender Pay Gap reporting ideal but not necessary

- Ability to work well with limited supervision
