Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global manufacturing organisation who have an opportunity for a Senior Reward Analyst to join their team.
As a Senior Reward Analyst you will be reporting into the Head of Reward and will have responsibilities including:
- Supporting with pay review and bonus cycles
- Job levelling and salary benchmarking
- Working closely with other teams and senior stakeholders to help develop the reward strategy
- Preparing documents and communicating reward plans to the wider business
- Working on a wide range of reward projects throughout the year
We are looking for someone who has worked within reward and has completed a couple of reward cycles. You must have excellent communication skills and be strong on Excel.
