My client, a leading UK brand is looking for a Head of Compensation to join their team in London.
Reporting into the Reward Director you will be leading a team and will have a number of responsibilities including:
- Leading on all compensation matters including, pay and bonus reviews
- Working closely with senior leaders and ensuring that the compensation packages on offer are of the highest quality
- Designing competitive incentives packages
- Supporting the Reward Director with executive compensation matters
- Acting as the point of contact for compensation queries
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in compensation, has worked for a large matrixed / FTSE organisation and has experience managing a team.
