L&D/Early Careers Manager

A brand new position within the HR team. A blended L&D and Early careers manager role within the industrial sector.

They are seeking an ambitious L&D professional with experience within Early Careers/ Education to join their HR team.


  • L&D- Carrying out needs analysis, capability assessments and competency framework with the vision of creating a coaching culture
  • L&D- Using digital tools to design and deliver training
  • L&D- Working with managers to identify and facilitate learning interventions globally and driving a culture of continuous professional development
  • Early Careers- Management of current education and school programmes.
  • Early Careers- Create and manage the Apprenticeship, Graduate and Intern Programs
  • Early Careers- Act as a STEM ambassador when reaching out to third parties (School/college/university)
  • Early Careers- Manage L&D budget and provide analytics and board reporting
  • Early Careers- Collaborate and support the wider HR team on various projects


  • Proven ability to design and deliver training, especially e-learning platforms
  • Ability to deliver training to diverse populations across multiple countries
  • Experience managing Apprenticeship, Graduate and Intern Programs
  • Experience of working in an industrial and unionised environment is beneficial
  • A resilient and results driven team worker
  • CIPD level L&D qualification is desirable
