Role: People Partner
Location: City of London
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
My client are a leading Cloud and DevOps consultancy who are looking for a new People Partner to join their London office. You will support the growth of their EMEA function, working closely with the global HR teams and lead on rolling out and advising on new initiatives.
You must have experience in a scaling/start-up business as well as technology. As a business they pride themselves on their collaborative culture and ability to identify development opportunities for their employees. You will work with a large engineering client group, so exposure to a similar business area is necessary. A passion for technology and the ability to pick things up quickly are key to running this function smoothly and effectively.
Duties will include:
- Work closely with the Head of People to manage the full employee lifecycle
- Represent the People Ops team when working with clients and proactively partner with the team
- Manage the L&D budget as well as EMEA benefits, offering new initiatives
- Work closely with the talent team to look at developing the employer brand and recruitment process
You must be a self-starter with a background in technology, ideally within an SME. The ability to build credible relationships across the business and act in a true business facing role is key.
